If you do not want the D9 to mark certain areas of your house off its cleaning list, you can draw virtual boundaries on a map using the app. The D9 can then choose to avoid those zones or vacuum them more often. It also can detect pet messes on floors and clean them.
The D9 can clean your grout. This is especially useful in homes with a vinyl or tiled flooring. While it isn't as effective as some robot vacuums at getting pet hair off carpeted floors, it can do an acceptable job.
The D9 was able to stay in the same spot while it was cleaning for more than three hours, which is more than any other robot vacuum I've tested. However, it did have to return to the charging base when its battery reached 15%.
2. Eufy RoboVac 11S
The Eufy RoboVac11S robot vacuum is an excellent choice when you're on a tight budget and are looking to clean your hard floor. It's among the most affordable robot vacuums available, undercutting even older Eufy models, as well as some from lesser-known brands. The 11S is compact and attractive, as well as easy to use and comes with a large dust compartment.

You'll need to check your dust bin regularly since there is no indicator that it's full.
Comparatively to the eufy 30-C, the 11S is more durable, has lower costs for recurring repairs and has a larger dirt compartment, and can eliminate more debris from bare floors to low-pile carpet. It's also more easy to maintain and offers higher performance overall, especially on carpets. Its BoostIQ feature automatically shifts between Standard power and Max power settings based on the surface that you are cleaning. Anti-collision sensors prevent the 11S from bumping into furniture, and it can instantly return to its base when the battery is empty. It took an hour to fully charge, and has a long runtime.
3. IRobot Roomba J7+ Roomba
iRobot J7 is the most advanced robot mop and vacuum combination available. PrecisionVision navigation allows it to navigate around obstacles and avoid blind spots, where other robotic vacuums can become stuck. It also learns your home's layout and uses it to improve its cleaning performance over time. It can be controlled by the iRobot App and integrates with Alexa or Google Assistant.
We put the j7+ Combo to work on our obstacle course and found it to be one of the most reliable robots to clean both floors that are unfinished and low-pile carpets. Its maneuverability is superb and it cleans in an organized pattern and returns to its docking station after it is completed. Its hazard detection feature is efficient in avoiding objects like cords. However, it can become stuck on rug tassels, or have difficulty to climb up high-pile carpets.

It can also recognize its charging station and then return to it to recharge. This allows you to keep your home filled with fresh cleaning power over the course of weeks. The only problem is the size of the battery, which makes it difficult to find a suitable place for when it's charging.
